How we handle your details.
1. Who we are
This site is run by TrenchBuilt, a BeadsGuy LLC company, based in Texas, United States. BeadsGuy LLC is the data controller for the details you share here. Postal address: BeadsGuy LLC, 1335 Newton Street, Cedar Hill, TX 75104. Contact us at olu@trenchbuilt.com.
2. What we collect
- When you sign up: your first name, email address, the role you choose, the page you signed up on, and the date, time, and wording of the consent you gave.
- If you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, and approximate location, through Google Analytics.
We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send, payment details or sensitive personal information through this form.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To send you early access news about the Field Guides and training, early pricing, and a free tear-out tool. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep a record that you consented and to honor unsubscribe requests. Basis: our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in showing we follow the law.
- To understand how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies. Basis: your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process it only on our instructions:
- Formspree, which receives and stores form submissions.
- Our email service provider, which sends our emails.
- Google (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Our website host.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We and our providers are based in the United States, so your details are processed there. Where EU, UK, or Swiss law applies, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you never hear from us because the list isn't used, we delete it within 24 months of your signup. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we never email you again, plus the record of your consent for as long as we may need to show it.
7. Your rights
- Everyone: you can unsubscribe from any email with one click, or email us to stop all contact.
- EU, UK, and similar laws: you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your data, object to our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- California and other U.S. states with privacy laws: you can ask to know what we hold, to correct it, and to delete it. We don't sell or share your information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we won't treat you differently for using these rights.

8. Our emails
Every email we send names TrenchBuilt as the sender, has an honest subject line, includes our postal address, and has a one-click unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests promptly, and always within 10 business days.
9. Cookies
We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask you again. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you choose Accept. You can change your choice at any time with .
10. Children
This site is for adults building their careers. It isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.
11. Security and changes
We use reputable providers and limit who can see your details. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you and the authorities where the law requires if something goes wrong. If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top, and we'll ask for fresh consent before using your details in a new way.
